o88 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the User) and o88 (the Operator). They govern all aspects of your use of this platform, including but not limited to account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, bonus participation, and responsible gaming obligations.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one account on o88. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify o88 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. o88 will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Keep your registered phone number and email address up to date. These are used for identity verification, withdrawal authorisation, and account recovery. An outdated contact on file may delay processing of your requests.

o88 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an account or close an existing account without giving a reason, particularly where it suspects fraud, underage gambling, duplicate registration, or any other breach of these terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

o88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

When requesting a withdrawal, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. o88 may request a copy of your National ID, proof of address, or a selfie with your ID. Failure to complete KYC may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

o88 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your o88 account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, minimum odds, and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in account closure.

Upon termination of your account for any reason other than a breach of these terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where the account is terminated due to a breach, o88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability
